7. Return of product

Because our product is a health, for the good of all of our customers this product must retain their original packaging intact for a refund. Therefore, in no case we will accept the return of items that have been opened and/or used.

8. Warranty of products purchased

Our products have a guarantee of two years. THINK PIPE LINE, SLU reserves the right to repair/replace any defective part under warranty. The warranty of our products shall only be applicable to its first owner/user. To this end, we require proof of purchase.

  • THINK PIPE LINE, SLU will not accept warranty for defects caused by misuse: the use or inadequate maintenance of the product, abuse or neglect, manipulation, or alteration, improper product without prior authorization from the brand.
