Health Care Product Certificate
Our products are health care products of class I according to the european regulations and are registered in the Spanish Agency of Medicines and Health Products (AEMPS).
License manufacturing of sanitary products no. 6228-PS.
Free of harmful substances
All the materials that formed the Cushion Pampering, including the label and the sewing thread, are certified to the Oeko-Tex 100 class 1 for babies, the more strict within their classification.
System Quality Management
Our system of quality management meets international standards ISO 13485, especially for manufacturers of medical devices. This system ensures that the sanitary products manufactured are safe, conform to the intended use and comply with legal requirements.
Security against the re-inhalation of CO2
The Cushion Luv has been subjected to studies in independent laboratory and have obtained the certification of security against the risk of inhalation of CO2.
Security anti-asfíxia
The certification body TÜV Rheinland has developed a standard and the relevant tests for assessing the risk of suffocation from mattresses and pillows for children. This standard specifies the minimum amount of flow of air must pass through a textile material to ensure the child’s breathing if caught in it. The tests show that the Cushion Luv to meet this safety standard.
Security against the re-inhalation of CO2
Studies at the Centre de Recerca en Toxicologia (CERETOX) of the Parc Científic de Barcelona certify that the Cushion Pampering is biocompatible.
