Shipments and delivery times

Orders are generally shipped the same day after receipt of your payment. When dispatching your shipment, our central office sends the customer an email with the tracking number. Shipping costs, as well as transit time, vary depending on the destination (see table). All orders placed after 4:00 p.m. will be dispatched the next business day.

returns

Our refund and return policy lasts 15 days from the receipt of the order. If 15 days have passed, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and unopened , in the same condition that you received it. Due to the fact that our product is a medical device , in no case will the return of articles that have been opened and/or used be accepted.

To make a return:

  1. Request a return to administracion@infocefalia.com, informing of the intention to return an item and the reason.
  2. Prepare the items and send them to our facilities using the carrier of your choice.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to arrive may vary.

Refund

Once we receive the items and verify that they meet the requirements (new and unopened), the refund will be made. It may take a few days for you to see the returned amount reflected in your bank account, depending on your bank and country.

Warranty

Our products have a general guarantee of three years.

Mimos® reserves the right to repair/replace any defective component under warranty. We promise to replace all products that suffer from any anomaly or manufacturing defect with a new item. No change will be made to products that show symptoms of misuse, alteration and/or deterioration by the customer.

The guarantee of our products will only be applicable to its first owner/user. For this purpose, proof of purchase will be required.

  1. Deficiencies caused by misuse will not be accepted as a reason for guarantee : inadequate use or maintenance of the product, mistreatment or negligence, manipulation or improper alteration of the product without prior authorization from the brand. The product must always be used strictly following the manufacturer’s instructions. Otherwise, the product could be damaged, losing its guarantee.
  2. The warranty does not cover general wear and tear on the products . Damage caused by external factors will not be taken into account: friction, sharp objects, chemical products, etc. The Mimos® Pillow is made of soft and delicate materials. Rips, tears and cuts (especially caused by the washing machine) will not be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
  3. The “non-effectiveness” of the product will not be accepted as a guarantee reason. The Mimos® Pillow is a complement to the treatment of cranial deformities, and its degree of effectiveness is subject to different factors (genetic factors, the age of the baby, severity of the ailment, cranial morphology or time and form of use) and in some cases may require complementary and/or alternative measures.
