Mimos® Play
Mimos® Play is a product designed to facilitate Tummy Time and help correct severe cranial deformities thanks to its adjustable side-lying position. It consists of three pieces that adapt to the baby’s development and age, allowing for use from the first weeks of life until the baby is able to comfortably spend one hour a day in Tummy Time.
Many parents find Tummy Time challenging because the baby doesn’t want to stay on their stomach. The double triangle design helps maintain a position close to the fetal position, avoiding uncomfortable muscle stretching for the newborn and promoting a gradual and comfortable adjustment.
The ergonomic position provided by Mimos® Play is beneficial for both preventing and correcting cranial deformities, as well as enhancing the baby’s muscular and sensory development.

Mimos® Play – Tummy Time
Mimos® Play facilitates Tummy Time by placing the baby in a proper ergonomic position. It can be used from the first weeks of life until the baby reaches one hour of daily practice. In cases of severe cranial deformities, it is essential to relieve pressure on the affected area and apply additional pressure to the non-flat area for at least 30 minutes a day, which is why physical therapists include side-lying exercises in their treatments.
Mimos® Play – Lateral Position
For the correction of severe cranial deformities, the lateral position is key, as it relieves pressure on the affected area and stimulates the opposite area. This practice is a standard part of the therapeutic plans recommended by physical therapists.
